1. About Our Products
Trizone 3D Labs provides 3D-printed miniatures, customised products, decorative items, and other 3D-printed creations. Since our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology, minor variations in finish, layer lines, dimensions, and appearance may occur.
2. Custom Orders
Custom and personalised products are made according to the requirements and references provided by the customer.
Once a custom order is confirmed and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, images, names, dimensions, colours, and other details before confirming an order.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders will be processed only after the required payment is received.
Full payment is required before dispatch for regular orders.
For eligible bulk/custom orders, an advance payment may be required before production begins.
Additional charges may apply for customised designs, special requirements, or shipping where applicable.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
Our usual dispatch time is 24–48 hours after the order is confirmed and the required payment/details are received.
Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
Dispatch time does not mean delivery time. Delivery time depends on the courier service and destination.
5. Shipping
We use available courier services to ship orders across India.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by the courier, weather, transport issues, incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Trizone 3D Labs.
Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address and contact number.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us immediately.
For products damaged during shipping, a complete unboxing video is mandatory for us to verify the condition of the package and product.
Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to approve a replacement or refund for shipping-related damage.

7. Product Variations
3D-printed products may have minor variations in:
Surface finish
Layer lines
Dimensions
Colour/shade
Small details
These are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not necessarily considered defects.
8. Product Usage
Our products are primarily intended for decorative, artistic, craft, miniature, and display purposes, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for using the products safely and appropriately.
9. Intellectual Property
Customers must have the necessary rights or permission to provide images, artwork, logos, characters, or other reference materials for custom orders.
Trizone 3D Labs is not responsible for disputes arising from materials or designs supplied by the customer.
We do not provide or sell digital 3D design files unless specifically agreed otherwise.
10. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation may be possible only before production begins.
Once production or custom design work has started, cancellation may not be accepted, particularly for customised or personalised orders.
11. Refunds & Replacements
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or other reasons unrelated to a product defect or fulfilment error.
Eligible refunds or replacements will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
Trizone 3D Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updated terms will be published on this website.
